Patricia Balogun has been in the accounting Profession since mid 1990s when she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has since acquired qualification as a Certified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. She has gained extensive experience over many years and from different roles, which includes:
Development and setting up of financial systems and finance performance management for various organisations in both Not for Profit organisation and for commercial entities. Cost Management Strategy this includes Procurement methodology, Forecasting, and forecast outturn preparation.
Financial Reporting and completing the annual statutory account, liaison with the auditors to deliver audited annual account. VAT Planning and compliance to VAT regulations for all VAT Schemes and in particular VAT and Charity Finances.
Having acquired these experiences over the years, she now uses the experience to advice businesses and individuals on a variety of speciality, profit enhancing, tax mitigation advice and tax mitigating strategies.
